These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to the website at fitralabs.app and related materials published by Fitra Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. The site and our apps

This website describes our studio and our products, including Simply Quran and Simply Qibla. Mobile applications are subject to their respective store terms (including Google Play or Apple App Store terms where applicable) in addition to these Terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no attempt to disrupt or probe systems without authorization, and no use that infringes others’ rights.

3. Intellectual property

Fitra Labs names, logos, product names, and site content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise noted. You may not use our marks without prior written permission except as allowed by law for nominative reference.

4. Sadaqah and Donations

If we offer voluntary sadaqah or donation contributions, Fitra Labs splits net proceeds equally: 50% supports selected charitable causes, and 50% helps cover the ongoing costs of building, maintaining, and supporting our tools.

"Net proceeds" means the amount received after platform fees, payment processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, and any required taxes. This 50% charity commitment applies only to voluntary sadaqah or donation contributions, not to every current or future service, product, client engagement, or revenue stream offered by Fitra Labs.

5. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Reliance on any materials is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitra Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the site.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
